Interserve extends contract with Debenhams

Interserve has been awarded a five-year contract extension worth £10 million per year with Debenhams – the multinational retailer – to deliver services across its UK stores and offices.

The contract runs to 2018 with a 2 year extension option and now covers 124 stores along with Debenhams head office in London.

Glenn Brooks, Debenhams Account Director at Interserve, said: “We have been working with Debenhams for the past 25 years, with a dedicated operations team on site since 2008.

By focusing our service delivery on customer needs, we have achieved significant process improvements for Debenhams. For instance, introducing a flexible service delivery model that has improved productivity and enhanced efficiencies across the estate.

We look forward to continuing to support Debenhams in achieving its business goals, and building on this strong partnership.”

Keith Evans, store facilities manager at Debenhams, said: “Our strong relationship with Interserve has built confidence that it will continue to deliver quality services while supporting our business goals. We are pleased to be extending our relationship with Interserve.”
